Awesome yoga studio in central Paarl with with experienced and dedicated instructors. The yoga classes are the highlight of my week and I can strongly recommend the studio, especially Carelene. She has not only been nurturing my weak and painful hip but is also concerned about my total well being.

Favourite yoga studio ever - Carelene is an exceptional teacher, and creates a peaceful atmosphere, gently yet intentionally guiding beginners but also encouraging you to be mindful and listen to your body. 10/10 would recommend.
