MTN Store - Pietermaritzburg

Nishan has restored my faith in MTN because of the excellent service I received, I would recommend this store.

The staff is always very helpful

They are very slow and most times they busy talking among themselves and laughing while you waiting to be assisted

I concur with the people's complaints about this place. I have had a difficult time with these people as well. You go in you find them eating (all the time). They either ignore you or talk to you with their mouthfuls and you see the slimy morsels of food in their mouths,

My wife and I have had excellent service here in the past couple of months. Attentive, helpful and knowledgeable consultants have been a pleasure.

I went in to simple do a swim swap but I ended up walking out without my number as the teller was nothing but rude to me. Thandeka Khumalo is her name and I hope it's really her name. The lady didn't ask but she assumed that I needed a new sim and because I was conversing in both English and isiZulu she had a mission to prove how dumb I am. I did not accepted the T&C's since I wanted to swap, I was then advised to read and do as the info message your new number is..........Restart the phone

The service was poor. The printer wasn't even working. I'm grateful for the lady that was working there today who was wearing hicense tshirt who had the curiosity of approaching us and asking if we had been helped yet. While other staff members in yellow tshirts couldn't careless.

The most utter rubbish consultants exist in this store.I went today to Rica a simcard that was delivered to me...the lady was utter nonsense..I'm not going to rest until she gets proper discipline.two weeks back I got a phone call from an mtn consultant selling off a deal,I liked it so I gave all the required details..and my deal was approved. However,I had to visit the nearest mtn store to Rica my sim cards. I went to this mtn store by Nandos branch.when I got there the service was so poor I felt like screaming.I told the lady(medium in height,not too dark in complexion but not fair either with long braids going down and pink lips),saw the sim cards I had in my hand and then she just said-weeeeh ayi

I don't like the way they are serving people like I have a case regarding some matter I went there to get help instead they just searched the thing on internet and gave me number to contact mtn and whatsapp them still today the matter is unresolved the sad part is that I paid for it
