They didn't have stock of the inverter I ordered, but they were quick and very helpful to assist in alternatives or a refund after they received the order. I would however suggest some indication on the website when a product is out of stock or maybe double checking it when added to your cart to avoid this situation in the future.

Drove all the way from Mahobieskraal. The guys were very helpful. Had a damaged inverter and the guys at Caprica Solar gave me a good price on a replacement. I highly recommend them.

I went there personally to discuss my setup & then settled on them giving me a quote for 2 panels & installation. I wattsapp'd the details they required to the owner personally. He did not respond. I reminded him to please not forget about him via wattsapp, i am still waiting some 3 months later.

They were the only place I could find in Gauteng who could repair my inverter and they will do it very affordably as they have the specialised skills to replace individual chips instead of entire components.I had to bring the unit in all the way from Mpumalanga but it was well worth it. The local solar company would only quote to replace the inverter.

Purchased a Solar Combo about 2 years ago and had to connect it myself. I was given easy to follow instructions. I highly recommend Caprica Solar.

Absolutely shocking service. Inverter was fixed and installed and they received payment over a month ago. The inverter did not work and numerous appointments were made, but the technician never pitched up nor did they have the decency to advise that they are not coming or why. Last week the inverter caused us to not be able to use the toaster, microwave, hairdryer ect and I had to purchase a heavy duty extension to enable me to get electricity from a neighbor. I called the company and i was advised that they will come out on Friday, then Friday became Monday (and obviously no one came) and now on Tuesday I get told they don't have vehicles available and the manager is missing in action?? Can the manager not use his personal car to bring the technician here? I have asked for the manager to call me, and surprise this has not happened. Wish i could get the service that other people have received.

A year ago I received good service from Caprica, however, since then their service have gone to the dustbin. The last inverter that I had repaired there was in the shop for months. I had to contact them on a regular basis for feedback. They never return your calls or keep their promises. They were suppose to install a new main board in the inverter, instead they tried to repair it ( they later admitted it ), although the amount on the invoice reflected the cost of a new board. Result was that after months of delays and promises, the unit was received. After re-installation it ran for 30 seconds and then blew the 100 amp battery fuse, as it did before they repaired it. I installed a new inverter for my client at my cost in order to save myself from further embarrassment. I contacted Caprica in this regard. I am again waiting for feedback. You use them at your own risk.
