Worst return policy, refuses to replace a compressor that clearly has a factory fault out of box..rude staff makes it even harder to understand there return policy..pay more and support another business instead.Thank you for respondingPlease update your return policy especially when it is clear that it's a common problem with your compressors.We're still awaiting a call from your refrigeration department

Poor customer service in cape town. The Rasta Guy In Cape Town Branch always begging money, if you dont give him he wont even treat you well.I wonder if you are paying your employees because this have been going on for long before you even moved to the new place.
