First time I had risotto and omg the other people at my table wished they ordered it too. Took a lemon meringue croissant home - definitely the highlight.The second time I went, we tried some desserts. Basil Mango is more of an acquired taste and each dessert coming with the same biscuit crumble - it's a bit much

A spot so close to our hearts that we cannot help but visit at least once a week!This is our benchmark for the best croissants - we've not yet found another that could match this quality. The coffee is also absolutely superb. The service is always very warm and welcoming.An absolute must!

The restaurant is situated on the busy street of Sea Point so the atmosphere and the vibe are awesome. The sun is shining in and you are drinking a nice, cold ice latte. Best feeling ever!Me and my son love finding and eating pretty desserts and this one was on our list. The cakes and croissants display was beautiful. They looked delicious, amazingly beautiful to eat. My son ordered a Granny Smith apple cheesecake with a chocolate macaroon and I ordered a mango passionfruit. I tasted both and it was good (light meaning not heavily sick and not too sweet) you can taste the flavours of each component that they put into the one pastry. Why I only gave a 4-star is that the desserts didn't hit my hype or satisfaction. There's not that OH WOW" factor for me. The tart shell on mine was a bit thick

Excellent service - we could not have felt more welcomed!Very tasty breakfasts. I’d recommend taking berry smoothie (thick, but very very berry) and churros croissant (it was just perfect- less sweet than it looked like).Overall: Highly recommended - great place to start the day with very good food and heartwarming atmosphere.

The coffee and baked items are incredible.The food that the kitchen has to prepare is a bit depressing.Crispy Lamb Belly with herbed chips was an edible attempt at rendering lamb poorly with some sort of sauce blob randomly on it.The chips were just some standard oven chips with a bit of salt. Not sure what happened to the herbs, unless the 2 garnishes of Italian parsley count. The lamb is high quality though so the price is kinda expected but like, why bother at that point.An incredible cafe, but a questionable resturant.

When I reached my hotel, I was looking for a Breakfast around my area Sea point, Piazza St-John, & I found Coco Safa, i read the reviews it was up n down but it didn't keep me away from trying it today.. as I passed by it in the evening yesterday n was blown away by the smell of the croissant. Sooooo went today early morning and I was soo impressed with the welcoming Staff their comfort color Uniform their Smile from their heart and their greetings and care till u reach ur table.. then the beautiful music that takes u all the way to France and with the beautiful Breeze of South Africa ..I feel so lucky I got greeted by their Founder Mr.Wilhelm Liebenberg, very kind hearted, sweet talk he brightened my day ..then the Brekfast surved and it was sooo fresh and tasty as you see in the pictures...I found a review it says the coffee was served cold, and I asked the waiter and he genuinely answered that's because they serve it to be drinked right away but if you want it extra hot then u have to mention that..and it was served perfectly to me..Great Food, location.Definitely am coming back for Breakfast and Lunch experience and gonna recommend it to my friends

Went there on the morning of 23 May 2023. The chocolate praline which costed R120 was amazing! We didn't know that they had a cake section until I asked the waiter. He showed us and we loved it.The ice tea you drink with sparkling water, very interesting.The smoothie was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place for a breakfast or lunch date. Location is a bit meh because it is next to a main road.

Beautiful packaging.And yes the best tasting croissants in town.We tried 4 different kinds.My fav was the chocolate and hazel nut.Great cappuccino too.

Really one of my favorite brunch spots.The service is fantastic.Initially i thought the menu was a bit pricey, but when the food arrived it was exceptionally high standard, quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Breakfast was fabulous.The Pistachio croissant is to die for.. An absolute must try.Staff were friendly, restaurant is immaculately clean and owners/Managers check on tables and really engage with their guests.
