Popeyes Plumbers was willing to help us on a Saturday night 20:00 with a blocked drain. It was due to Mangaung's Municipality mismanagement of the sewerage system. Popeyes were the ONLY Plumbers to answer the phones and willing to help. THANK YOU !!!!!!
