I made the mistake of parking on one of their parking bays for 10mins tops - their parking lot was virtually empty. When I got back I was met with a very aggressive employee who parked me in. I maintained my calm but he ripped into me, belittled me for about 15mins. I was literally verbally assaulted by the maniac. He would not let me leave until some of his collleagues came out to see what is going on. Frightening to think this is a professional academic body. Terrible.

The worst service from a supposedly professional body. No one answers the phone. Always a struggle to get hold of the person that should be helping you and takes forever to resolve anything

No happy at all with SAIPA! I have to call 20x to get hold of a person just for a tracking number..... it has taken 7months for SAIPA to sort out a credit note....

Pathetic service from a 'Professional Institution', have been waiting on a simple query for almost three months - if I am not being bounced around from person to person, I am waiting for a dead end response or no response at all. Professional Boards are to have a Professional Manner - something this institute lacks immensely.
