Selling me the product was a great experience. Trying to get delivery a nightmare, all communications to try to get tracking details etc initiated by me. Nobody bothered to contact me post order to advise and update me on status without me having to ask. It would appear that they didnt have stock on hand of the product I orderd and were waiting for it - was never told this. Would not recommend

Jeremy went above and beyond (response times, feedback/ updates, flexible office hours to assist- the list goes on) when I needed an oxygen concentrator urgently and knew very little about how these machines work. This is a business that doesn't only care about selling you a product at the highest price, but rather finding you the right product for its intended purpose at a cost that fits your budget. Kindness and compassion go a long way and I will happily recommend Redmark to friends and family.

The service was excellent in all respects. Any query was answered immediately and the OxyPure Oxygen Concentrator was delivered to my home within 36 hours after I directed the first query. It's a great pleasure to negotiate with a person like Jeremy Robinson who served me.

I Won't support these guys. You buy a machine worth odd 40k and then if you call for after sales support they don't answer their phones or assist you in fixing a machine that should be under warrantee. I have received better service from other companies that did not even sell me the machine. What a rip off.
