i have been trying to contact the agency for the last couple of days and to no avail, they are quick to send messages and have a contact number posted however, trying to get hold of anyone is like pulling teeth, this does not make navigating a living situation easy especially when you require answers from people who are unreachable.

I have been renting from Like Gold Properties for about 4 years now. Issues will pop up , that is a given, but my issues were all resolved and seen to. If there was a delay in repairs or upkeep of the flat, I always received communication as to why it has taken a while for them to fix it. Overall I can only say positive things about Like Gold Properties and their Staff.

Terrible service. Arlene Never responds to texts, emails nor phone calls. Seriously don't know what im paying management fees for. Definitely no managing taking place. Will definitely not recommend like gold properties as an agent!!!

You do your part as a Tenant and pay rent on time when it's time for them to do their part and give you your deposit refund they take forever. Very disappointing.

Dealing (as a tenant) with Like Gold Property Consultants was the single most horrific, unprofessional, infuriating and painstakingly slow experience to date. I cannot express enough just how poor their overall service and customer-care is! You could find your dream property rental, but it stillwouldn’t be worthwhile if you had to deal with them. From beginning to end, it was a terrible experience. I do NOT recommend them at all!
