Wouldn't recommend this branch at all. We have booked for an appointment over the phone and when we get there they said we never made any appointment. Very disappointed.

The people who work here are really nice and always so helpful. I’ve realized that they always give a weaker prescription for contact lenses though, a lot of my friends have had the same problem.

Staffer friendly and nice and all that, but it's been 3 weeks with no feedback. Call the branch to find out that my specs are still not ready. So unless you're OK with waiting a month (or more possibly) for spectacles, I'd say go to another branch.
