Clean and well equipped workshop.Mike and his team are very professional and most probably one of the most experienced companies in their field.My 2015 #Ford #Kuga 2.0 TDCI Titanium AWD Powershift developed transmission problems. The clutch was slipping and gear changes was erratic.Ford quoted me R140000 just for the parts. I was not ready to replace my car. After countless unsuccessful phone calls to companies offering the same service I found Executive Transmissions. Talking to Mike on the phone I immediately realized that he is very experienced and has worked on Powershift and DSG gearboxes. I drove all the way from Jeffreysbay to get my car repaired.The cost was less than a quarter of what Ford quoted me and my Innovation Group extended warranty covered the full repair.Mike knew that I had to drive back to the Eastern Cape and he ordered the parts and start the repair on my car without approval from the warranty. When I received the authorization the car was ready for collection on the same day.Mike, thank you for everything. The car is running smoothly and I will again drive 2400 km to get my car repaired by you.

Very satisfied customer, great service. Mike even called me after hours to help sorting out my car. My DSG was repaired within 3 days, drove it out the shop all the way to Mosselbay with no problems and still running well. Thanks Executive Transmissions.

The best place to take your vehicle to for transmission issues. Very professional, helpful, friendly and always happy to help and listen carefully to concerns as a customer. They always go out of their way to ensure they give you the best experience while your vehicle is with them. The workshop is large, always very clean and tidy. Vehicles do not stay with them for to long and the turn around times for massive jobs are amazing. I have had to back once for a minor gearbox problem and they assisted me immediately with no questions asked as it was still under their 1 year warranty. They work on any vehicle and also accept warranty plans such as Motorhappy, Innovation, SA Warranty etc. And they are RMI Approved. Thus far I have had a great experience with them and I will definitely suggest taking your vehicle to them should you have transmission issues.
