Warren helped me well in Malmesbury. The shop however definitely needs at least 1 more desk as the waiting time for service is unacceptable.

The store really needs to add staff or something because the waiting period to be assisted is quite long and the service agents are trying they best to assist but they are taking on more than they can handle.Management of MTN in malmesbury should've looked at this a long time ago , walking pass MTN almost everyday and you'll always see people standing and waiting in long queues to be assisted.

Claudette and Gresson helped me to register on the mtn network after FNB connect wouldn’t allow me to port my number. She was very friendly and helpful and also kept assisting me even after hours until the problem was solved.
