Feedback Updated: 17 Feb 2023I was contacted by the branch manager and he professionally apologised for inconvenience and offered me the device in the same price as it was on shelve.Appreciate the professional approach by Dischem Management to retain the customer.Good job.Complaint: 16 Feb 2023I was helped by a staff today to choose a Philips shaver. In the shelve there were two pieces left. One was sealed and other was not. I picked the sealed one and on the till I found the price was different. In fact R500 more than the shelve price. Supervisor was called. She confirmed that the both items are same but the shelve price is different. I kept waiting for the manager and found same. I wasted my time and left the purchase. What kind of service is this. How can similar product have two prices and no one is will to take the responsibility of mistake. Please employ competent staff.

I needed my chronic medication while on holiday in East London. I went to Dischem at Hemmingways, and had an absolutely superb experience. Chanel Roodt went out of her way to make sure that I had all the medication I required. She informed me of generic alternatives, and was exceptionally informative regarding some acute medication which I needed. Thank you Chanel for your professional and super-friendly service,

Huge and effective. Staff not very knowledgeable need some training

Excellent service for second booster dose of COVID 19 vaccine. Team led by Sr Berry, Sr Tamryn, Pharmacy Assistants and rest of the staff. They phoned me twice to confirm my appointment and check when I couldn't keep my first appointment due to work. Accommodatede the next day. Please use their service. You will be looked after.

This is a pharmacy you will find almost everything a pharmacy has to offer.also cheap and always has specials clean

Went for vitality tests and I regret living it for this place until last day. The nurse was so unprofessional..even sent me to clicks and clearly told.me she is doing me a favour. She complained about working room and I agree its a mess not resonate with dischem brand..shame. two suggestions:1. Send nurse for some customer service training...she is in the dark2. Shift her working room and make it is a covid risk and in a busy passageShame dischem

We went to get our repeat scripts and the assistant pharmacist was very good and helpful.

Providing the right medication according to a script seems to be a bit challenging for the staff. They feel that they know your health better than your doctor.

Such a contradiction their Pharmacists are tops. Just dont use their Self Med counter. They dont have people to staff it so you and the queue are just left waiting.
