Feedback Updated: 17 Feb 2023I was contacted by the branch manager and he professionally apologised for inconvenience and offered me the device in the same price as it was on shelve.Appreciate the professional approach by Dischem Management to retain the customer.Good job.Complaint: 16 Feb 2023I was helped by a staff today to choose a Philips shaver. In the shelve there were two pieces left. One was sealed and other was not. I picked the sealed one and on the till I found the price was different. In fact R500 more than the shelve price. Supervisor was called. She confirmed that the both items are same but the shelve price is different. I kept waiting for the manager and found same. I wasted my time and left the purchase. What kind of service is this. How can similar product have two prices and no one is will to take the responsibility of mistake. Please employ competent staff.

I needed my chronic medication while on holiday in East London. I went to Dischem at Hemmingways, and had an absolutely superb experience. Chanel Roodt went out of her way to make sure that I had all the medication I required. She informed me of generic alternatives, and was exceptionally informative regarding some acute medication which I needed. Thank you Chanel for your professional and super-friendly service,

Overall, it's a great spot! Great vibe! Awesome food, decent portions, and reasonable prices. Went there 3 days in a row, food great all the time, one occasion the samosas, sausage and chips basket was overdone and service a bit slow, but they were quite busy as it was lunch time. More table seating would be great, as the barrel seating is not comfortable and not suitable for a family, as it is also located in the smoking section. Definitely recommend, though!

Amazing service and excellent food. The good was so well presented and tasted amazing! 10/10! Wish all the waxy O'Connor branches put such attention to detail and made the food so great! Utterly enjoyable wow what a chef they have!

As an Arsenal FC fan my wife and I frequent this restaurant when there's a big game on (as it's the official supporters club) where it's packed, loud, food isn't that great and drinks take forever to come - but that's to be expected and the whole experience makes up for it.We recently sat down for dinner on a dead quiet Thursday night expecting a completely different experience. Yes and no. While the service was sharp the food took forever to arrive. Whilst the meals were average (the only great dish was the beef & Guinness pie) they are definitely not worth the money (especially when compared to other popular Irish pub franchise).An average experience for quite a bit of money. I don't see myself returning anytime soon.

Excellent service for second booster dose of COVID 19 vaccine. Team led by Sr Berry, Sr Tamryn, Pharmacy Assistants and rest of the staff. They phoned me twice to confirm my appointment and check when I couldn't keep my first appointment due to work. Accommodatede the next day. Please use their service. You will be looked after.

Great restaurant. Awesome vibe. Beer and food are incredible. Will definitely be back.

My local watering hole. Great spot for watching football, especially if you're an Arsenal fan, which I am not. (I think it's their home pub or something). Food is decent. Nothing to write home about but the vibe is tip top.
