Cell C Cornubia Mall (Permanently Closed)

Such a horrible experience I received today. The Indian lady with long curly hair thick-ish body even stood In front in of the door and asked me what I want from outside the door . I Told her I have a cell c contract for 2 yrs and Sim card recently started showing no signal she told me to do a Sim swipe or call the call center.I've been getting services from the same place I've never received such horrible service I left un assisted I pay R930 every month for such horrible service truly disappointed.Just because the lady who helped me was off today.I've been told by friends that they were also mistreated by an Indian lady who was only helping Indians and whites only .

Wonderful customer service from kimone excellent job in setting up my old device and new device she transfered everything even though i had a Microsoft phone. I went to other stores and they told me my phone was too old and outdated and they can't do it. Excellent service.

I recently upgraded a contract with Petrina. I was amazed at the service she delivered ..from a phone call to walking into store I was treated excellent which is really rare to find today. She assisted me over phone call just as great as she did in person. Very profession and friendly making the experience at Cell C Conubia a true pleasure .... An amazing time the staff make you feel like family and go over and above to make your experience an enjoyable one I can honestly say that this store is the best cellC store in KZN. They really are an amazing team. Anyone who is seeing this really needs to go and check them out. I mean I traveled 80kms just to go to them that's how brilliant they are and I will only go to them.
