Full body work out!!! Great fun. Well equiped studio and delicious smoothies. This is by far the best way to stay in shape.

For a quick convienant shop. This is the place to pop in and out. Very nice little shopping centre with the basic malls that you need on a daily basis. Liquor store, food and groceries store, very nice sushi restaurant and a play area for kids in the middle of the shopping centre. And it is a walk away for me that makes it even better

Small business tenants don't seem able to make it in this centre and there are probably more empty than full shops at the moment which makes the place feel empty. The two anchor tenants are convenient if you live close by, but otherwise there is really very little reason to visit.

Excellent training facility with an array of equipment, including a decent indoor track and swimming pool. The staff I interacted with are friendly and helpful. I'll keep training there, but I'll keep a very close eye on my things as, at least one of the people working there, is a thief.I left an Adidas tracksuit top inside the locker, right before closing time (I was the last person to leave the locker room). Their policy states that all lockers are emptied, by a staff member, at the end of the day and any belongings are placed inside lost property. After going back to the gym, I was told that nothing had been put into lost property. I was going to give 3 stars, but after declaring my tracksuit top missing to multiple staff members over multiple occasions, it took 2 WEEKS before somebody contacted me and actually did something about it.To be fair, Tracy did everything she could, but the top I've owned for over 15yrs is gone and the thief still works there. Excellent facility to train at, but keep a very close eye on your belongings.

I am a total devotee of this place! I found it a few years ago just by walking past and have not looked back. The lagree method (yes, it really is Pilates on steroids) got me hooked - not just for its strength building and exercise, but also to engage in some mindfulness through its slow, controlled moves and breath work.All the instructors are so welcoming and supportive, you really can go at your own pace and make adjustments in each class to suit your level, and honestly I am not a nice human being if I can not get to my LaFit classes during the week! The only silver lining of the COVID-19 travel restriction is that I am stuck in Perth and get to go here every day now!!

I have been doing the Megaformer classes at LA Fit for about 7 weeks now and I am really enjoying them, I joined initially to work on building a stronger core. You will achieve that with these classes. Danielle and Shane are great instructors.
