The moment you call you're answered in Afrikaans just now I just called and the guy answered in Afrikaans when I wanted to check whether you opened or not today and what time you closing the guy was talking on the side and I was talking alone on the phone wasting my time and airtime. Chat on the side whilst on the phone is the sign of rudeness the language issue must be fixed there are 3 languages in KARIEGA (uitenhage) it's English IsiXhosa and Afrikaans don't assume every client calling is Afrikaans

Probably the worst I have ever seen in communicating and service to customers, It is absolutely astonishing to think that in todays world there is still companies that get's away with such POOOOOOOR service.Never recommend working with Kamal ever again, and definitely not with MIDAS in Uitenhage.

I have a battery that is not working, took it back to get a warranty on it. Only to be told by a very rude salesman, that made me feel like I had NOOOO idea what I was talking about, that the battery tests shows the battery is still in good condition. But could not explain why it was not working in my car but other batteries are perfectly fine. I am now stuck with a battery that does not work!!!!!!

Even though service was not bad at all, on the contrary, very professional an patient. It's just that with all the patience the sale team has, I find it frustrating to stand in a queue for approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Also you have 3 or 4 counters, but only 2 sales poeple working the sales depo most of the day.
