Penny Slein Yoga

One year ago today when I stepped into the sacred space that is the studio of @PSY, it was the start of a glorious mind and body shift. I had found my happy place and started a whole new journey whilst on quite a bumpy road of life at the time.Penny is the most-amazing teacher!! She has the soul of a mermaid, the fire of a lioness, the heart of a flower child and the spirit of a butterfly. She teaches us so much more than just asanas - she advocates self-love, non-judgment, mindfulness, manifestation & intention, and savasana with Pen’s own organic essential oil at the end of each class is mind blowing.Yoga with Penny at @PSY has proven to be the ultimate life hack and I’m ever so grateful for the many different ways it enriches my body, mind and soul. Penny Slein Yoga is a safe and calm space for me where I can let go and practice yoga in a beautiful and tranquil environment. Penny welcomes you no matter what your experience level and guides you while gently correcting you if need be and always encourages you. I use her Transcendence essential oil daily. I cannot recommend Penny Slein Yoga enough!

My journey into yoga is quite new and I have so enjoyed Penny leading the way. She is kind and caring, but also has a 'live life to the fullest' attitude which I totally admire! Her oils are amazing, and I cant wait to collect them all! I would recommend anyone try a class just once with Penny and you will be hooked!

Penny is an absolute sweetheart. I was very weary of joining a class with zero previous experience in yoga, but she has been so encouraging and positive, and I feel my fitness and mental state have improved so much. I have been using PSY Essential Oil every night before bed. Transcendence is my favourite! My sleep quality is loads better. I'm not waking up as much during the night and my mind seems more settled. Thanks Penny.

Love Penny's yoga classes, she's an excellent teacher... kind and patient. I'm really enjoying her yoga classes. Small classes where she has time to see and correct our poses.
