Got my products reasonably on time. Service in the beginning was not so good, but as of late they have been really good. Decent prices and great quality screen printing. Would gladly recommend.

DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH TWIN ANGELS!!! THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY POSE AS AN EMBROIDERY COMPANY AND TAKE YOYR PAYMENT THEN DO NOT SUPLLY YOU WITH YOUR ORDER AND DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE ALL THIEFS. ESPECIALLY INNOCENT AND SHARON. PATHETIC SERVICE. THESE PEOPLLE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED

I asked for them to print a name and number on a Manchester City soccer shirt for my son's 16th Birthday. They were told to make it look exacly like the example we gave them. I have never seen such shoddy workmanship in all my life, the number was literally on top of the name. And they argued with me still but it was their mistake firstly they shouldve listened to me when indaid i want it like the example picture and secondly they shouldve phoned if they weren't sure. And they refused to help me in anyway. And if you contact them via whatsapp they never bother getting back to you. Please do not use this company for any printing work they are useless and unhelpful when it is their mistake. My son won't be getting a t shirt on his birthday because I refuse to give him auch an embarrassment. It is a joke. I will never use them ever again. This company shouldn't be operating.

I would give this company 0 star rating if I could. They scammers, took my money and didn’t give me my order. They STOLE my money and I received no service. Do not trust them. Owner avoiding my calls and the constant lies it’s baffling. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Please be advised not to do any sort of business with this company. Once they have your money, they don't care about the customer and you have to beg to get your order delivered. Their customer service is appalling. When you do a follow up on your order, they ignore your calls. Think long and hard before you do any business with this company.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS PLEASE!!!!How do you give someone zero stars? What I ordered versus what they made. I placed my order on the 30 October and made a deposit payment. I communicated to them on the 2nd November that I'd need my order on the 27th November. Today is the 27th, I am in the store waiting for my refund. I asked them on WhatsApp on the 26th November at what time I can collect, they are telling me to come on Monday, the 29th November. To say they are incompetent, would be too kind of me. Do not come here. This place is rubbish. So unprofessional. Just want your money, and they don't know how to actually do what you've asked for. Greedy all of them

Never ever support them, complete joke of a so called printing and embroidery company. I went there to get a hat printed for them to then BURN THE HAT and tell me they cant do it once i have paid. I then took a shirt in for printing and they spilt glue all over the shirt. Highly recommend that you do not support them.

It has taken 12 plus days to receive an order and it has been one story after the other. They are rude and unprofessional.

Scam! We paid a deposit and provided the products. All we needed was the printing done. It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received my order. She still has my deposit and she still has my products I provided. Apparently the order is stuck with a courier. Owner also doesn't answer calls or messages. Avoided the as much as possible.
