Pick n Pay The Boulders
On the 7th of March I was in this mediocre store have to wait for 45 minutes on the que. When the cashier finally decided to do what they are paid for. They didn't have panado and disprin I mean the whole of Pick n Pay. It was so absurd and the cashier at the kiosk had the nerve to ask me to help her look for the disprin and panado.

Pick and pay boulders workers are so rude , I bought a concert ticket from them and the event was cancelled . Webticket gave me a voucher to get my refund , I got to the store and there wasn’t anyone at the money market tills , we stood there for good 10minutes and we were later shown a lady who was walking around the store with a male customer . She finally came and took something from the till without even offering to help us we had to run after her to get assistance, after I explained what I wanted to do she just said she doesn’t know what I am talking about and left me standing . Yesterday I bought an item that was on sale for R49.99 and I realized once I got home that I paid double for that item , I called the store and no one wanted to assist me . Worst service ever.

Apart from their meat not always the freshest, and the occasional rude cashier,we still do most of our grocery shopping there. Visited the shop yesterday, before entering we decided to quickly pop in at the pick n pay bottle store(holding my 1 year bay), the security tells me children arent allowed inside,I asked her why? And since when as I've been inside with the baby before". With a straight face she says "I must leave my baby at the door with her". Was shocked! And refused

very rude security guy at the liquor store! a very simple request from the people from the queue if they can add another teller as the waiting time is over 10minutes. He went on by asking Where do you work?"

I bought sausage rolls on the 8th of March 2023. They were freshely baked, the price was very reasonable. It was 2packets for R20. When I got home, my family did not enjoy the rolls. They were not nice @ all. Whoever that mixed the dough it was not nice. The taste was bad.

24/04/2023 17h35Pick n pay boulders Midrand, went to buy bread (Albany white bread) it had an expiry date of 24/04/2023 and the other batch had an expiry date of 25/04/23 and this is becoming a habit for them to sell bread that has an expiry date of the same day or the day after. Do inspectors even come to this store as the hygiene is also questionable, the attitude from the staff members is shocking thsys why we don't even bother sending complains to tue customer help desk because you won't get help. Pick n pay boulders has a trend of selling not so fresh stuff

This one star goes out to one of the staff ladies at pnp boulders mall, her name is Beauty. This lady has a very bad attitude and acts like she owns the store. She is always rude, she has no sense of customer service at all. I am always at pnp every second day and I always buy my bread there and not even once did I ever saw her being friendly to a customer. Last time I was served by her at the bottle store side after I paid my items I asked her whether they sell the hollywood voucher at the liquor store since I forgot to buy it at a grocery side, she said to me I must speak once if I want to buy not by one item each because there is going to be loadshedding and once the tills are off I will be a nuisance to her. Beauty is one rude lady.

I hate going to Pick n Pay Boulders because of the bad service particularly from a cashier named Ramasele B Makgatho. This was supposed to be my go to grocery shop because I stay close to Boulders Mall however, the bad service, I get from this cashier is extremley appauling. Time and again she is giving me sticking attitude. You can't even ask her for assistance. she will give you one dirty look. Please ask her to serve with respect.

Dear Pick 'n PAYI am writting this with a heavy heart! The treatment I got at the pick n pay boulders in midrand. I went to go get my monthly groceries as I do every month from pick n pay, where I always shop over R2000. I was turned away from a till because i had more than 10 items. I ask this cashier does she really expect to return back to another queue where I do not have time and i have already benn turn from a previous till to wait 20 more minutes! This rude woman just gave me a dirty look with no care that I am a customer or even try solve the problem. I am appauled and disgusted by this store and will never be shoping at any pick n pay again!
