I don’t usually write reviews but I had a wonderful online experience with BMX Direct. I ordered over the weekend and my order arrived promptly on Wednesday, exactly as ordered.I wanted to make a change to my order, after paying but before shipment, which was handled smoothly and friendly.I can’t recommend their service enough. Awesome!

Great, humble and truly local store.I recently ordered a complete from their store that was still to arrive in the country, and in less than 48hr from them receiving the stock from America, they had it on its way to me in Cape Town. I was able to ask any question at anytime due to their WhatsApp customer service line and spoke to someone who is genuinely willing to help, and not who only wanted your money. I can’t stress this enough that this is probably the BEST online store I have ever dealt with and I couldn’t recommend them more even if I tried.They ship with fast way couriers which in its self is a good courier company to work with knowing that even once your order has left their hands, you will still receive it in a timely manner. I hope their store grows significantly because they definitely deserve it.Keep it going guys.
