Highly professional. They managed to diagnose and repair an issue I had been struggling with for over four months. After numerous unsuccessful visits to the dealership and being charge for unnecessary repairs I was fortunate to have someone recommend QnA. They did an extensive investigation before even starting any work on the car, and I'm grateful that I was finally treated with respect. Would definitely recommend them!
