The ladies are always moody and they always have forms of people not in the queue which they are working on which delays people on the queue. Another thing is that they have runners outside who collect forms for quick service in return of payment of R120 without queuing, they always give the forms to tellers who capture everything in return of money. CORRUPT OFFICIALS IN BROAD DAYLIGHT☹️☹️☹️
