i sent two xbox one consoles in for repairs in june 2022. through june and july, i tried calling where i was ignored except for when i would call from my other number. i eventually visited the shop where i was told that i would be contacted within a week with more information on the repairs and a quotation. to this day i am waiting for that call. when i first sent one of the consoles in for repairs in late november of 2021, the communication was excellent and the repair was very quick. the issue was that i ended up with a console with half the storage it had initially (from 1tb to 500gb) and the same problem i thought was fixed came back after a few months.it has been 5 months since i sent those consoles in and at this point i am just tired. i hope to at least get the broken consoles back or sort this with the business somehow.

I am absolutely disgusted with this service... not even one star... handed my washing machine in 2 months ago... was never.. not once contacted to give feedback after phoning 3 times and going 1 time to the business myself and being Lied to by Mr Van Lamp my father went to see him.... he then promised that it was the PC board... he would order it and the machine would be ready in a week... still no phone call over a week later.... promised another week.... still no phone call but now when my dad phoned to follow up he refused to answer the phone 39 calls to be exact! My dad called from another number immediately answered.... said he cant answer every call... he got the wrong pc board machine cant be fixed.... my dad told him he will be there to collect it at 15:30.... needless to say... Mr Van Der Lamp no where to be found.... poor staff left to please explain!!! Disgusting!!! NEVER USE THIS GUY!!!

I think it’s wise for us as buyers to look at reviews before we commit to transactions. Negative reviews should not just be used to punish service providers for poor experiences, but rather serve as a signal for injustice and a dysfunctional service provider.If i could I’d grade these guys in red flags instead of a star. My son’s PlayStation has been with them for aeons… the list goes on. To say the least, they are useless.

The worst service provider ever. If you think of taking your Tv set to this company, please DON'T or you'll regret ever making that terrible mistake. They claim to provide 10+ years of good service experience but my authentic sentiments are entirely in opposition. The biggest scammer & fraudster of note.My TV set had an unpleasant colour display affecting eyesight, I must confess that Marius van Lamp managed to fix it when I first brought it into his care, and I was undeniably gratified with a clear normal colour display I witnessed. However, my contentment was cut short when my TV abruptly switched off on the 4th day. Hence, I had to return it for reassessment. Please note that my TV set has never experienced such a technical failure whatsoever, except the one I mentioned before the engagement of Marius as the first repairer since its purchase date.He called two days later and said it was sorted and ready for recollection. Sadly he lied because normal viewing lasted less than a week and we were back to square one with repetition of similar incidents frequently occurring 3 weeks in a row. Imagine returning for undifferentiated issues, that's a higher grade of incompetency.On the last attempt, we both agreed that he will keep it and work on it within an estimated duration of a week-long on account of festive public holidays. Take note that even at this stage, he still had no clue or alternative plan on how to permanently resolve this issue he created. As a result, he ended up keeping my TV for about 3 weeks which exceeded our initial agreement of one week. I was certainly convinced, at this stage, that my TV was in a bad state due to his persistent refusal to release it. He was blatantly ignoring my calls and diverted them to his entrusted employee to utter his delaying tactics insisting that he was still busy with it. Thats when I've noticed a scam right there.For this reason

Extremely effective with service. Prompt. Cost effective. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Cannot remember when I last encountered such a good customer inclined service provider. They tick all the boxes and I will recommend them wherever I go

I must have had more than different applications repaired by them. None has ever given any problem after their repairs.Their service has been nothing but excellent.I would definitely recommend them any day.
