KFC in need of a smile, We ordered a family meal for 4....... 10 pieces of chicken chips slaw...... and a 1,5 L of coke, when we ask for 4 glasses for the coke they simply said no, is such a pity cause the food was good but atmosphere and staff not understanding or polite.....

Extremely impressed with KFC staff. They were overwhelmed with Backstreet boys fans needing dinner and they served each and everyone with a smile. Even working overtime on the day. Well done.

me and a few friends went to get some food on Saturday night and to my surprise the food made me sick and caused me to go to the pharmacy, i fully understand it was hot on Saturday but please make sure the food you give is safe .

I was disappointed in the service I received. I was standing in along line with plenty of people that was waiting to place there order. Eventually I got infront and asked if I can get an ice-cream cones, you won't believe what the person assisting me said. Take a wild guess, there is no ice cream. I was so upset they wasted a lot of time and I asked the staff why they do not have anything indicating that there is no ice-cream and the answer to my question was a question. They don't know why there was nothing indicating they don't have enough ice-cream. Really know I could not believe what I was hearing.

bought two meals , a wrapsta meal and a crunch burger meal but what I received , ridiculous! I didn't pay R75 per order for a kiddies meal , I could count the chips (and it was cold and pap yesis ) and the wrapsta as well as burger , unbelievably small! no man ! and I love KFC so much , two of my favourite meals that I'm always buying but never again . chips lukewarm , chicken ice cold , just mentioned to my partner how about how the prices went up but still I love the food , and don't mind to buy , but this was just a no from me , and I normally get my food delivered.really waited more than an hour for this .

Super impressed!Every item was in my bag. They gave sufficient sauce and spice. Everything was packaged very nicely. Very happy with our choice of ordering from this KFC. Hoping for this consistency for our next visits. Keep it up #GoTeam
