Shoprite Cosmo City

Terrible service by the Money Market. It's a service you offer, why are customers made to feel like they are begging for help? Went to the top Shoprite, next to KFC, one lady was very helpful and went around to try and find a tillpoint with money, unfortunately no one had. I went to the new Shoprite across the road, opposite taxi rank, waited for a while, then I asked the cashier, Kholo, if we should wait and if we would be assisted, she was very rude and told me to keep my mouth shut and just wait in the queue like everyone else, or else go and ask at the other tills if they had money. I suggested to her that since it's a service the shop offers, it's on them to check if the tills have money, like they did at the first Shoprite I went to. I found that to be unacceptable by her

Good special they had this past weekend

Bought a couple of food/groceries there and it's the second time I find an insect looking like creature in my food I'm so disgusted. The first was a moth and rotten maize meal that I managed to return but with the soup I didn't notice anything until I cooked the bottom part of the packet. I cannot tell if this is a lizard skin or what but something needs to be done with the food from shoprite cosmo city. Is it because they are disrespectful towards the market in the area that they have to sell rotten food?Their prices don't match the ones on the aisles too and the cashier's services is unbelievably rude they give you silent treatment when you speak to them. The food issue though is the biggest red flag as it jeopardizes one's health.

Is convinient to buy here during the week mid day. Not during rush hours as the queues become long and slow but otherwise isnnot bad.

Very good customer service

I am nit happy with the treatment that I got from Shoprite cosmo city. I was tasting the spray at Shoprite today so I can buy it the send the security to come tell me that I should buy the spray by force cause I touched the spray.. and the staff the are just rude. No stars but I have to put it in order to post it

Bad service on money market.... in cosmo mall

What a terrible service i was given by Lerato Mashigo i asked if i can get a card she told me to ask from other customers then i understand, after scanning my things for R1208 she i asked how much to pay,,she said can't you see the screen behind me i then paid,,after paying she said please pack fast i want to help other customers...if that's the way this shop handle customer I'm taking my business somewhere else

Just last week Sunday I bought brown bread dough. I was so disappointed at the quality. It smelled off and it didn't rise. I had to throw it away. During the week I tried to give them a second try bought white bread dough results still not happy. I am not gonna buy it again.

Its a good and affordable place for building materials and the service is cool
