I am very dissapointed with this store. They take very long to answer the call. The technicians are clueless relating to repairs. The technician at the store informed me that I had to bring my monitor in to repair it, however when I contacted a computer technician he reported that I just needed to adjust my settings.

Shocking, telephone is never answered, and when it is, and transferred to the departments - still nobody answers the phone!!!!!Bought a Ryobi Lawnmower in May 2022, little did I know that amongst all lawnmower people that Ryobi is called Cryobi as its a piece of S&*t. So now my mower is not starting and I cannot get through to find out the return or refund policy (I have read on your website) but after 6 months it is apparently sent in to manufacturer for repairs. This doesn't suit me, as there are thousands of lawnmowers sitting waiting for repairs. I just want my money back so I can buy something else!!!!! So disappointed.Please upload your T&Cs on the website, as the icon pops up on the i icon but you cannot access the T&Cs.

We had a great experience here after our TV went black and needed a replacement. Game was not having a special on the TV we wanted but they were able to match a special from a competitor which resulted in a R4400.00 discount. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable . Thanks for the lovely experience

Nishi SinghWent to Game yesterday 9 May 2023 only to be informed by a notice on the main door that the store was closed for stock taking and will open after13:00.. So I remained in the mall unitl 13:00 like many others and quite a large crowd had gathered at13:00 to get in. Low n behold no sight nor sound of opening and no staff member to even apologize for the delay in not opening.I then arrive at the Mall Info desk only to be told that the signage said store will open AFTER 13:00. Still no sign of any Game staff to explain what was happening. This is unacceptable and despicable to treat customers in this way and not be transparent enough to state store is closed and not keep people waiting indefinitely

Bought a sinotec 32 tv on 5 year warranty

We bought a fridge freezer in 2021 few days later I called in to inform them that the fridge had a issue the shelf keeps dripping water n food going off then they sent someone to check n we where told it's normal then I asked for another option which resulted in game sending us another fridge then a few weeks later same story n then wen u call in they keep telling me that someone will get back to me I had to eventually go to the store in order to get help anyways then I get send another fridge which is still giving me condensation issues n have to wipe the shelf every few hours then u get another fridge n this is now in year 2022 around April may then I notice the water droplets on the shelfs n water on the bottom of the fridge n due to the heat I tell myself no this may just be the heat n let's wait n see n remember the last tec told us that its not normal to have water on the shelf n for a few weeks now i have noticed that my fresh produce or cooked food dont last long so i end up throwing out milk n food till today wen i noticed the fruit I bought on sunday is gone bad n my fridge is silent with the light on the word upset is not even the term to use right now I think it's best that game takes back the fridge n use my money where I get better quality defy is losing a lot of its customers quality n performance is not what it use to be n everything I own in my home is defy really disappointed. Now let me spend more on trying to get some help on my money that I spent ......

Game denied me a credit Game card, eventhough my bank details show that I am elligable for one!? Guess I'll take my bussines elsewere.

I recently bought a cell phone from Game Pavilion, and would like to say what excellent service I received from all the staff, but in particular, Avesh, who really went the extra mile to assist me - Thank you Avesh!

Happy with the price and quality! Camping will be awesome with these Deluxe camping chairs... And oh! They were on sale when we got there - Camp Master is the brand you can trust.
