Ack projects (Pty) ltd

I paid Jody what he quoted me to install my geyser and do my plumbing. He was recommended by an agent. I am not an expert in plumbing hence I didn't see a problem with his work before he left but what am I supposed to do when I call in a tiler and they say they cant work because the plumber didn't do a proper job and I have to pay someone else to fix it. I paid up front for material but the outside pipe is burnt and twisted and it looks like he used a piece of scrap pipe lying in his bakkie. Furthermore, the didn't even clean up properly and they didn't bother about the wall that was damaged in my daughters room which I didn't know about until a tiler inspected the work. I laid my complaint. Have not heard anything but I hope other people see my review and you lose out in some way just like I have.
