Quick and easy to find things needed and staff helpful. Only thing don't like is long queues by tills but helpful for those disabled or in wheelchairs

The store is fine and the rest of the staff except for the lady who works at the beauty section she's so rude, never helpful and very unfriendly. She doesn't know what customer service is. They should consider finding someone else and move her to another section

The staff really harassed and treated me like a criminal chasing after me and saying I wasn’t going anywhere until I show them the things I had in my hand. I opened my bag for them showing them that there was nothing in it. Why was that such a problem because everyone takes things and places them at another isles if they decide not to buy them. They didn’t even apologize when they found the stuff

The manager there is a very helpful person most of the times I go there he's not far from the till. He is very patient with customers, but then again most clicks stores the staff is just superb. Theres another gentleman by the name of Tseke he's very helpful to the customers like clicks in Quagga center

The store is neat and clean, with friendly staff except few at the pharmacy, they are so mean and rude, especially towards knock off time.

They really need to update the times on Google. And the attitude of some of the personnel in Qwagga Centre Clicks are very poor. Especially at the pay points.
