Flow Hot Yoga & Pilates
I am nearing the end of the special offer and have just cancelled my gym membership ready to join Flow Yoga . I was made to feel welcome from the start. Instructors are friendly and know their stuff!! I am not very co-ordinated or super fit, I highly recommend coming along.

Well designed studio. Staff at the reception could a bit more welcoming especially to newcomers. No welcome hello and was quite lost as to what was required to sign in and meeting the instructor as was required by their confirming email.

Terrible customer service. My sister and I messaged enquiring about the schedule (because they had no phone number, very poor for a business)and no one got back to us. We decided to drive there and ask some questions and then do a class. We got there and we didn't get a greeting at all, just questioned how we got into the building . We didn't get any answers to our questions as the girl there said that we need to speak to the owner cause she was running late to her class. I drove for 25min to speak to somone and instead we left dissapointed and will not join this place. Don't waste your time.

Flow Hot Yoga & Pilates
Flow is a beautiful space with absolutely amazing instructors. I have full trust in all the instructors and they have really helped balance my body. I cannot recommend Flow enough, I feel very blessed to have found them. And also a special mention to the wonderful Lesley in admin, you’re such a warm and wonderful soul. Thank you all so much :)

I absolutely love Flow. The staff are so kind and helpful, the instructors are so knowledgeable and welcoming. The people are really lovely and the classes are wonderful. ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful studio with a great variety of different yoga classes and pilates classes to suit all levels and interests with experienced and attentive teachers. They also have shower facilities which is a plus for those looking to go somewhere straight from class. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing first session ,I came into class tight and sore and left feeling relaxed , calm and amazing .Daniels voice was so soothing and he explained the positions every well so I knew what I was doing even though I’m a newbie to yoga .

I always leave FLOW feeling so good both physically and mentally!The classes are amazing, so many too choose from and the teachers are very supportive and respectful.The place is also spotlessly clean and they have a lovely welcoming chill area with tea and filtered water. I love to stay and have a chat with others after class.If you are considering a studio in this area, look no further! You will find everything you need and more at FLOW!

Flow Hot Yoga & Pilates
I LOVE coming here. It is like an oasis of calm, encouragement and excitement. The classes are varied, instructors fun and supportive and they know their stuff. There is a lovely relaxing entrance with comfortable seating for us to chat before/after classes. I can honestly say, this is now one of my happy places. Pop in and check it out for yourself.
