This is a home based spa in Waterkloof Ridge. Its quiet and peacefulSpa is very clean. Staff are professional and friendly.After battling with lower back pain the therapist had me walking out pain free. I would suggest this spa.Thank you Oriental Thai Spa for your professionalism and helpfulness

I felt more like an inconvenience, than a client. Everything was so rushed, to such an extent that I got burnt with the hot stone. The towels were dirty and stained. They kept on stopping to answer their cellphones, and would have long conversations inbetween. It was so bad that I opted not to carry on with the treatment, even canceled the facial I had booked.Truly, utterly disappointed. Thee worst spa experience.

Loved it, went with my 12 year old and she too enjoyed her Thai with no pain. I would come again the ladies are friendly as well.

It wasn't terrible. But I've had better massages. It was also quite cold and they used a bar heater, which they moved out of our room before we were done so they could heat up another room for another client. Maybe just get more heaters? Also a cup of tea or any refreshment while guests wait is something I'd suggest they provide. Service was friendly though, and they were professional otherwise. The booking process was seamless. But I wouldn't say I'll be back again.

We went for a full body massage and pedicures. My massage was very good, my companion's wasn't great. The pedis were abysmal - by their own admission the ladies didn't know anything about giving pedis. The choice of nail polish was between about 5 colours and they were all dry. The ambience of the place is terrible - it's literally inside a residential house that hasn't been renovated since the 1970s cue heavy dark wood 70s bar in the nail studio / entrance. Everything feels dingy and old in the house. The location is amazing but the place needs an upgrade and the staff training in the services they were booked for.

Visited Oriental Thai Spa today. Had a full body mass. Was very nice, very relaxing. Staff is friendly and very professional. Again, thank you very much for a good experience.

Worstttt thai massage I have ever had. The lady has zero experience. She will hurt you with her elbow. She doesn't know anything about massaging. On top of that she doesn't understand English. You will definitely regret it. She started massaging me at 19:15 and 20:00 she said she was done. I had booked for an hour. In that 45 minutes there is a language barrier she goes out and comes in. What a waste of my time. Will never set foot again
