I have to be honest. We have been using different service providers over the past 5 years, all of the people we trusted with our fur babies were good but nothing like Dapper Paws. From the initial contact via Whatsapp, to email reminders prior to the treatment. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. We have never had such a great and friendly team of groomers before ( John and Hector ), that constantly spoke to our furry babies during their treatment keeping them calm with people that were strangers to them. Once the treatment was done, my two babies were the happiest that they have ever been. Thank you Michelle. I wish you all the best. You now have a customer for life.

Maddy and shadow absolutely love their weekly groom! They look so adorable in their little bandanna’s and the groomers are so friendly!

This was really the best grooming experience we’ve ever had with our Havanese! He is very active and has super long hair, so it is not an easy task to make him gorgeous. And he was happy after being made gorgeous! Well done and we will be back!
