The gym is amazing and always a great place to be. Kyle and Allister are incredible trainers. They always makes an effort to get to know you better and help you to achieve your goals while still having fun. The self defence with Kyle really makes you feel empowered especially being a girl nowadays. Would recommend Kyle, Allister and the gym to anyone who asked me about training and self defence.

The FSC Bedfordview gym is amazing! My coach, Cass, as well as the other coach, Kyle, have been so encouraging and wonderful. I've always had a negative relationship with exercise, until now when I actually get to do something I love, and it feels so good! Couldn't recommend this team enough!

The FSC team are really great. Taking their time to break things down and teach the basics to a beginner. Also very accommodating with my requests for crazy early time slot. Thanks Brendan and Kyle!

Cass is one of the best trainers I've ever had. She pushes me mentally and physically and has definitely helped with my boxing technique. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their fitness and have fun.

As training is now closed for 2022, I thought a note is important to thank Fightsport. It was to introduced to my daughter and due to the quality and care of the treatment from Kyle and Cass, I also joined. Fightsport has been amazing with far exceeding our expectations as Cass and Kyle exude leadership, care, consideration and a deep understanding of each member. I know this as it's my job to observe people. Cass and Kyle have taken my daughter and I to a high fitness level and our skills are so good, I'm even healed from a terrible shoulder pain that I had for over 10 years.We actually cannot wait to be trained by them and I see it in everyone that is at the venue. Great collaboration and skill from them and even the co-trainers Philani and William are so considerate and wow so skilled.With Fightsport, it's been a lovely experience for these 3 months and Cass & Kyle are an awesome amazing team that I can say have blessed our life. I am sooooo excited of our training in 2023 and working MORE with them, even increasing our times becos of them. I even hear the same feedback from others. Word for word of their greatness and care.Whatever new you contemplate in life or if you feel something is missing, you need something new, you need Cass and Kyle. They'll change your life to a beautiful level like they did my daughter's and mine.

The best mornings of my week are here! Manager Kyle and Coach Cass are inspiring, fun, dedicated and welcoming to everyone - every level of fitness, strength and skill. So happy to have found such an energetic and embracing space to exercise in after years of searching.

I recently started boxing at Fight Sports Centre Bedfordview with Coach Kyle, and having never boxed before I had to learn from the beginning. The amount I have learnt in my short time is incredible thanks to my great trainer! Kyle is an excellent trainer, disciplined, mad skills and overall great guy! I am loving every minute and the professionalism shown is what makes this place head and shoulders above the rest! From my first virtual meeting with Brendon to my boxing sessions with Kyle, I truly recommend this establishment!!

Started with the Team this week. Brendon was fantastic getting me up to speed and really delving into my goals for joining the gym. Philani has been training me and I can honestly say that I learnt more from him in 2 sessions so far than I have from all the other trainers I have had combined. Really just a great gym and a great team!

Our 12 year old son, Reece, has been training with Kyle Sham for the last few months and has absolutely loved every minute of it. He's never been sporty but took to kickboxing immediately. Kyle definitely has a gift for bonding with kids and really got to know Reece and this brought out the best in him. His confidence grew in leaps and bounds and he had fun while also getting great exercise twice a week. Thanks to Brendan, Kyle & Cass for taking Reece under their wing and making such a difference in his life. We are emigrating to Ireland and will miss FSC very much indeed. Thanks to all for the great experience.
