Very happy, Aaron the installer was delightful, very professional and did a great job. My one minor criticism is that they couldn't paint my door in anything but white. Other than that, the service and installation were perfect.

I’m happy with the service and installation . Aaron (the younger) the installer was terrific and worked very hard.I must confess the cost of this door was well above what I initially wanted to pay . But I can honestly say this door has made my humble laundry room look like a million dollars and so is worth it. Thank you from the cat and me!

DON’T BUY!!!!! Had 2 guys come in who installed our front door, they tried leaving early without installing a striker and when asked about it they said it wasn’t necessary and after explaining to them that a striker is necessary the 2 guys installed this piece of sheet metal to cover. Paid good money for a “decent”company but now we are left with this piece of work.

Purchased a barn door, supply and fit.Excellent service from the office even after I had a change of mind with some fittings. The installation was excellent. Phil the installer was professional, quick and took the time to ensure that I was 100% happy. I love my new door (and so does everyone else who has seen it). Very, very happy customer :-)

Love Doors Plus Cannington! Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff. My installer was a wonderful man, who answered my questions, arrived early and I was well outside his normal area. Would recommend Cannington to anyone.

Would not recommend anyone to Doors Plus Cannington Branch. Shoddy workmanship by their Tradies. They deliver half baked cokies. This tradie in particular who came to my house did not do a professional job. Very disappointed by his workmanship. 1/5 stars. Please take your work somewhere else. Would rather pay an extra penny to someone who can deliver better workmanship and someone who can show some love for their work.

I was definitely not happy with this store. When we booked the door they said it’ll take maximum 10-12 weeks. And took the half payment. Now after 10-12 weeks no one contacted me and advise me it’ll take bit more longer. I was calling them after 15 weeks and they can’t even give me the date when it’ll be installed. Always saying your door is in transit or it’s not clear by customs. There’s no apology for delay from the store. Only thing they said to me is we can’t do anything, it’s not in our hand.And now when finally doors arrived in Australia and after that they told me the installer is not answering our call so we can’t tell you when your door will be installed. They gave me installer’s number and told me you can contact him and organise the installation however it’s not my job to do. When the installer came to install the door at my home (finally) he told me he was on holiday and the store knows that very well.They booked the installation date and did not even advise me. I came to know when I called them and they telling me it’s booked for tomorrow and I was like did anyone asked me if any of us available? They said if you are not available then we can do later. So I have to take off from my job to get the door installed.There’s definitely not customer service neither follow up on your order from this store. I felt like it was my responsibility to check when the door will be installed. There was no apology or anything for the delay. However the product is good. Happy with product but not with the staff.I would not recommend this store.

Adam is a superstar! He added a door into our hallway and has made it look like it has always been there. He clearly cares about his craftsmanship as it shows in his perfect results. He was quick and efficient without giving up any quality. Could not be happier with this outcome! Thanks again Adam :)

Would definitely not recommend. When I went into the showroom, it took for ever to get any assistance, then I finally got someone who had better places to be and was not interested in giving me any real assistance or helpful information. I wanted a 2in1 door, so was limited to them. When it came to install it, the contractors sent out refused to install our hardware unless we paid them money “cash”. When I came home to sort it, I rang doors plus to find out and was told it was no extra charge. The installers were trying one on my wife. Even after talking to the store the installers told us they were unhappy with us the clients. They were told to take it up with the store. Not a good experience.
