6 hours and still counting, for a 93 year old who fell to see a Dr, get an injection, go to x rays. Hope it does not take another 6hours to see a Dr again and get the outcome of the x ray.Wonder what would have happened at 3mil casualties which I opted to avoid in the hope of a better service at a private hospital

I was in the maternity ward and I've never receive nursing care like this before. Every single nurse, cleaner, kitchen assistant, everyone was just amazing! Quiet at night so you can sleep and so friendly and so caring and helpful.

I called the hospital this morning to get information regarding having my baby at this hospital. The receptionist didn't even give me the time of day. What happened to professionalism and etiquette? Remind me not to use this hospital to deliver my baby

Hospital is really clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The ER is a bit slow so you will need to wait quite some time to be assisted. I have never stayed here long enough but I know from people who do the food is not as bad as typical hospital food. If you had surgery the sisters will check up regularly to make sure your vitals are in order and you don't need any other assistancd. They allow visitors but only during visiting hours as the patients need to rest. Its one of the best hospitals to go to in Bloem amd I would recommend it more than Rosepark

What an amazing service I got from the doctors and nurses who attended to my 2 year old daughter when she came in with a seizure/convulsion today. I could see the passion and care when they were attending to her. Keep up the good work guys. It’s comforting knowing that there are people out there who take their work seriously ❤️.

Plenty of paid parking, either open or under roof,wheelchair accessible from all areas,under correction, but I believe 1st hour is for free. The hospital is undergoing a face lift, so there is a slight inconvenience with the noise,but as soon as all that's done, it's going to be super nice, was there a few times and had lunch at the new restaurant what a pleasant meal I had. The whole experience with the hospital staff and doctors was very good. My hospital of choice in central Bloemfontein.

Absolutely useless hospital. Night staff at emergency unit have no idea how to treat and help patients as they enter the emergency room. Triage system is also ignored. First come first serve is their only policy. I have no idea how they are a functioning emergency unit if they have no concept of the urgency of an emergency. Came in with trouble breathing, quite serious one would think, but they just pushed me into a little corner and ignored me for 2 hours. The doctors were really helpful, but the staff in the emergency room not at all

The Staff at Mediclinic really cares about you and it helps so much that they are friendly.You can also see that Dr Heyens is absolutely there for her patients as well as the anaesthesiologist.I would reccomend Mediclinic to anyone. They really have made my exsperience so much easier for me.J. M
