I lost all my life’s work at this storage. 2 storage units wiped clean and the storage have refused to take responsibility. No video footages from the security either.

I have experienced the worst service ever, our goods are stolen inside the supposed safe place. They say there are no cameras in the passage way where the storage doors are, therefore one cannot see who goes in and out of your storage.Which does not make any sense because the safety of customers goods should be a priority. They are responsible to ensuring that your goods are always located away, and if there is a misslock they are supposed to gray lock your storage unit and open it up for you when you come. That is their policy but never follow it. When I followed up with Chyan she told me that their insurance will not pay my claim, because it never pays case's like mine and I was not the only tenant that experienced this kind of theft inside the storage. This was very disappointing as we pay for the cover monthly.I am taking this yo court as this is unacceptable and the loss is big for our company.

Great facility with classy reception area and friendly staff. Great car wash as well. A little pricier than most but you get great service and a complimentary cappuccino!
