Great to read all the positive comments, yet if so, why are you not open on a Saturday afternoon, when people are looking for a decent take away. It really cheeses me off, when you hear of a good place, but then you see it closed at 14h00 on Saturday, and only opens again at 09h00 on Monday morning.. With all the good reviews, you guys must be really doing well, so no need to work, at times when people look for a decent take away, and other take always are working. I kept your review, as it should have looked like, if I had enjoyed the meal you had prepared. Maybe I will getthe opportunity to taste it sometime.

Fresh, generous, delicious. Everytime! One of our favourite stops to make whether it is to by a vetkoek burger or a box of chips. We also love to buy a few small or medium vetkoek and freeze them for a rainy day and they are just as good then. The shop does close at 5pm, which makes it difficult for those who may work late, so make sure you get there before 5.As the owner is personally involved with the shop, the quality is always monitored and guaranteed. They will be taking a small, well-deserved break over Christmas 2020, but will be back in the new year and we look forward to another great year with them.This is a small business that truly deserves your patronage. You won't regret it!

Always fresh, always delicious. Quite a big variety of vetkoek and burgers. Prices are very reasonable for the very generous portion you get. They also do home cooked meals every day. Such friendly people, most of their regulars are treated like family. We come here often
