Shoprite Port Shepstone

They overcharged me by double scanning a 2litre milk. I noticed when I got to my car and went straight back, less than 5 minutes later. Stood back in the line and waited at same till. The teller remembered and then sends me to someone else who then takes me to the manager. No apologies or communication to me. The manager then says to her they will need to verify it by camera. I would probably have accepted this if I was spoken to directly instead of over and the policy was nicely explained to me, but he did not speak to me or greet me while I stood there.I would not try cheat you with 2 litres of milk. Your mistake and I must take up all this time like I did something wrong? I walked out, can’t be bothered to sit while you look at camera footage, so you scored R34 from me.

Horrible smell in the store. Always crowded which makes one uncomfortable and irritable. The cashiers are ok , they just need to improve on their assertiveness.
