Great salon I do my hair here everytime am in Durban and they never disappoint.

Omg if you ever want to do a twist there don't even think about it. I have never ever been so upset about my hair the way I am right now my hair looks like a mop it's horrible and I was charged so much for it I am so upset as it was a very bad first immprestion. But I am happy about the environment it was clean which is nice but no cleanliness of the place can fix the mess on my head. Never ever will I ever do my hair there again which is sad because some of their hairstyles are so nice but this was just bad. I feel like they should be honest if they don't know how to do a hairstyle so someone can just leave it and move on to something else instead of leaving the door unhappy.

Service there is usually great (there is room for improvement here and there). Very clean and tidy. Beautiful ambience… Owner does her best to stay on top and it clearly shows. Also it feels sooOo good to support a black women owned business.

Friendly service, loved the hairdo I did. However it was empty on the day I came in but the lady who did my hair seem to take longer than I expected, just grabbing stuff she would use on me took her very long, had i was in a rush I would have just left.
