Floors Up

This was by far the worse experience that I had through my renovation. The floors were measured, and pre assessed. We were then advised after pay for everything that we will need to screed the bedroom floors. On delivery we received less floors, as Evette, the sales assist and the installer has other plans for the balance of the floors. When I asked about it, she told me that the supplier delivered less. The installer then arrived and wanted to work unsupervised overnight as he was over booked, which was not allowed for obvious reasons, then took a a bad attitude with me and took large amounts of off cuts, instead of using them in the house, leaving me with limited spares. Once the floors were installed, we were then told to put in curtains in our bar as it was too warm, which is still pointless, as there are skylights and we has no intention in installing curtains, this should have been established at the onset with the two inspections. Would not recommend.

Floors Up were very accommodating as I asked for a quick installation. Professional and approachable. Love the floors!
