Called to ask for copy report. Could not hear person on phone due to loud background noise. Email promised. Still waiting for an email at end of the day.Copy COR supplied to dealer was illegible.

Disappointed with the service! the service is unprofessional and staff are rude. I had a lady come up to my car and tell me take a walk". With such pathetic customer service I would not recommend them to anyone. It is such a pity that there is such a high unemployment percentage in this country and staff at DEKRA Automotive Pinetown have jobs with their customer service.You guys need to get your act in order!"

I visited this place for COR. It all went very smooth, lady staff was quite helpful, but gentleman was a bit tired, I guess from body language and his communication with me.

My car went in for a full technical and diagnostic tests. After a retest and my car passing, I wasn't informed that my car's diagnostic report couldn't be done due to the diagnostic machine not being able to connect to my vehicle. However, I did pay full price for both tests and will be following up with them.
