The place took a while to answer the phone when I called. I needed an inspection done for my insurance. When I arrived there were three people at the counters and it took a while for someone to acknowledge me. It was the inspection guy but he was just playing on his phone which seemed much more important than the customer. I was ushered to fill in a form and move my car inside. The process was smooth otherwise and the place seemed clean.

Naseer gave me great service, these guys are professional and on the ball.They even replaced my license disk with a new sticker which I really appreciated.It's rare to not be treated like another joyless chore as a customer.

Very professional, went to fit a telematics device per my insurance request the place was neat and tidy and the gentleman who fitted the device was polite and professional, they do offer other services and if needs be I wouldnt mind using them again

Great service, the guys who worked on my car are super nice. Great turnaround times also and the whatsapp booking service makes things very easy. Would definitely recommend them.

Nazeer and the Glasfit team were exceptional with their service. They ordered and fitted the window I needed replaced on the same day! the installation was quick and professional. Will definitely use them again.

It was an ok experience, not great. The staff were friendly, but told me that the plastic seal around the window was worn. When they could not locate another seal from the supplier they then told me that it was fine. Not sure if I can trust them with that again in the future. Other than that service was quick and staff were helpful.

Wow best service ever. Would recommend them to anyone. They really helpful and managed to assist me with a problem with my very old car and it's window. They didn't even charge me for the work they did. Thank you so much to the guys that helped me.

Very good service, and well administered. This was on the initial visit....Job was improperly done as the wiper blades were knocking the side pillar, and black gum had seeped into the car on the inside. Went back today. I was greeted by a curt, this sticker should have need taken out within 1 day" rather than a " Good Morning"! They adjusted the wiper blade
