What a deep disappointment to be waiting for the delivery of our parcel only to find other deliveries being made to other businesses around us but not our parcel!Because of this we have to disappoint a customer who is relying on us to render our service only to find we cannot deliver.We have to face the client by disappointing them impacting at the expense of our reputation.Morinka cannot redeem themselves because they don't work on a Saturday!!!
