They never answer their phones, when you get to their offices they have such an attitude and show no signs of willingness to assist,it's like we begged them to go work and they're not getting paid.kaaak.

I should give zero star cause I didn't get the help I needed which is Matric Rewrite registration. They said I must register online which I tried several times but it not working when I'm in step 5 it takes me back to step 1. So it was useless to visit this office, useless as website(eservice.gov.za)

I can't reach them at all. I've been trying to call them daily for about a week and a half at different time within their hours and no one ever picks up. If there's another number to try please post it. I'm desperately trying to get through, and I don't live in the province so this is my only option.

this office is so irritating they never answer their calls, do you have a switch board if yes what time is their lunch because any time of the day no one answer calls or maybe your numbers have change?Please up your attitude please during interviews you are all so innocent and want jibs but once you have you are not doing your work. Please do something with your office.

We we assisted when we went to the Department of Education without any issues. Sure there are some delays but they are doing what they can with the time constraints they are within. Having seen their service and friendly approach, asking the right questions always seems to make things easier. Thank you for your assistance.
