So far I am just getting frustrated with Frontier Coffee. What was initially a 2 day turn around is almost a week later. I need to keep calling to find out what is going on and the big question right now is if I will receive a quote any time soon. Is customer service so hard to get right?

We're so sad. We haven't had our machine all that long but thought to have it cleaned professionally last week. We got it back in a worse state we sent it in. We sent is back because parts were switched with someone else's machine. Those parts had terrible scratches on them. When we got it back the second time - it is now making weird noises and parts are all sitting loose on the machine. We are also not sure that all the parts were switched back as it is still severely scratched. We also don't trust 100% that the machine was calibrated properly. Really disappointed. Any recommendations of another company in Johannesburg that could help?
