First Principles Gym
Just started boxing classes with BoxFit in Seapoint with the trainer Shepard. The guys are all amazing, the energy, the positive attitude and pushing a person to their limits is what I love about every class. I recommend the boxing classes to every one who wants to get fit and have fun while doing it. Keep up the good work guys !

First Principles Gym
This gym was recommended to me by biokineticists who were in the business of cardiac rehabilitation, because I am a cardiac patient and I live in Sea Point and the three-times-a-week trip to Tim Noakes' rehab facility in Newlands was becoming a drag. The trainers focus on cardiac rehab and geriatric members but they also give specialised one-on-one training to fit young athletes and I've noticed some pretty high-profile people on the floor. I was astonished to discover that my medical aid (NOT DISCOVERY) covers my sessions. Physiotherapy and boxing training facilities are also available. Only street parking available. No water aerobics.
