Sound bowl healing & Yin yoga
Attending Virginia's yoga class where she uses Sound Healing therapy leaves one feeling calm, relaxed and focused. I am a relatively new yoga participant and after attending only a few of Virginia's classes, my inner physical core strength has increased too.

Just love the sound healing with the crystal singing bowls. Virginia's sessions are so beautiful and I leave there feeling calm, peaceful and incredibly relaxed.
