King Price Insurance

King price is the worse insurance service provider. The premiums are low because their service level is low.I had an accident in Feb 2023 and the process with king price and repairing my vechile has been more traumatic to me than the actual incident . The assessor Shakeel has poor response time and doesn't keep to promises . They do not do a thorough check on your vechile or damages and look for any loop hole not to repair. They do not take accountability for their actions .My car has gone 3 times for repairs and it's still making a loud noise . Also came back with few dents and scratches which Shakeel assumes is not from the incident .I have sent 3 emails to the assessor Shakeel and the complaints department and have had no feedbackPlease do not support this company and their bad services .

I have had king price for 3 years, 1 claim later and I receive the most pathetic service, for anyone reading reviews here in hopes to join I’d say stay far far away from king price. They will find every reason not to pay for your claim, no one even cares to give you any feedback, a customer has to phone everyday just to try and ask for feedback.

Accidentally ended up getting insurance from king price when I bought my bakkie and I'm so happy the car dealership got me insurance with king price! Received the best service today from Ryno Dames. No other insurance phoned me back immediately like he did. He followed up and he is processing the claim. Just absolutely amazing the way he helped and assisted us. People will be shocked to see how affordable your monthly insurance is and how effortless it is to work with you. Thanks for the great service!

I have been with King Price since 2019. My experience with King Price has always been pleasant. I had a claim recently which was handled professionally and without any hassles. Thank you King Price!

I had been with King Price for over 4 years insuring my car. I sold my car and want to cancel my policy, but it seems impossible to do so. I keep on phoning them and each time they try selling me new insurance because they don't want to loose me as a customer apparently. Each time I tell them that I am not interested and just want my policy canceled whereupon they assure me that they have canceled it. I however have no confidence in the senior consultants I speak with every time and therefore I keep on phoning them back everyday to make sure that they have indeed canceled my policy. However each time they tell me that my policy is still active and that they promise me that they will cancel it, but only after trying to sell me more insurance policies. It has been more than a week already and my policy is still not canceled. All I want is to cancel my policy! The service that I have been getting from King Price has resulted in me never to consider taking any products from them again in the future and will not recommend them to anybody I know.

King priceWhere incompetence is the main focus.A month ago I spoke to one of the financial advisors as to why my premium hasn't been lowered in the full year that I have been with them, but they want to increase the premium with around 20%After a very frustrating conversation, we aggreed to let my premium remain the same. This morning when I checked my bank account I saw that they deducted the increased premium anyway. The increase will not make me poor. My problem is that they never decreased the premium like they so far and widely advertised. And after that they just went on to deduct the increase AFTER WE AGGREED that it will remain the same. I have canceled my Policy AND I WOULD GLADLY PAY THE increased premium ANYWHERE else. Spoke to Lerato (Financial advisor). Absolutely incompetent from your company. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

If you can help it stay away from their insurance, it is absolute rubbish. I insured my cars with them through the Standard brokers. I got in a pothole incident a while back two weeks down the line still no assessment report had to cancel the claim to fix the issue myself. Insurance is supposed to make life easy this one is about collecting the premiums. Rather stick to the tried and tested like Sanlam

KP increased my vehicle premium by 76% without reasonable explanation. R906 to R1598. I was a client for many years.Got sorted now with Discovery for R900, with less excess and same benefits.

Not sure where you got my details from but I've been harassed for months about your insurance and in the last hour have received 7 phone calls from different numbers all relating to your company. Please stop harassing people.
