The Health Food Emporium

Perfect place to get really delicious muesli. You can mix your own muesli by adding your choice of berries and seeds. You also get to choose between plain unsweetened muesli and honey-sweetened muesli. You can get milk kefir, water kefir, kombucha and a whole lot of healthy grains, seeds, berries and sweet treats. There's a café in the store for those who want to eat-in but I've never tried the food there. I bet it's delicious food. I also love that you are encouraged to reuse your muesli bag. A new bag costs R3.

Health food Emporium is a wonderful establishment! Our experiences when visiting to shop or eat have always been memorable.There is a huge selection of health foods and the Harvest table has a selection of yummy ingredients to choose from!We would recommend them to everybody!!!

My wife and I have in recent years sought out health food stores. One of the difficulties is that the service in many of the stores is not well educated nor proficient in their stock. With Health Food Emporium we have found a wonderful range of goods, and support and attention to match. The staff are a ‘breath of fresh air’ and the lunches are incredibly tasty. I love this shop! They have a great range of superfoods, kombuchas, collagen, low-carb ancient grains, and Keto friendly granolas, which I need and at a very decent price too. Having the delicious Cheeky Pesto as a treat is also an absolute win!

A bit dissappointed as I went looking to get gluten-free bread or even the ingredients. Got the gluten-free flour but they did not have xanthum-gum which you would expect. The shop is beautiful, just dissappointed that it was a waste of a trip to get items I was hoping they had. Would rather get everything next time at dischem or maybe call and find out. When I saw emporium I thought they would have everything healthy.

We just love shopping at The Health Food Emporium. The shop is bright, warm and staff is super friendly and helpful. Prices are amazing and there is just too many healthy goodies to pick from…however it’s guilt free shopping. If it’s just a quick coffee or a healthy lunch you’re after the cafe is the perfect choice. It’s definitely your one stop health shop !!! Nikki & Karen Casey
