Game Baywest

HORRIBLE service, we've been trying to open a contract for 2 iphones, they said they'll let us know during the week if we can get the phones but it has been 7 days already and they still haven't given us an answer, we phoned during the week and everytime we phone they said they'll call us back but they never call us back.

Clean and friendly staff. Improvement needed in the electronics department which is not moving with time.

The service is very slow. Only 1 till open during weekdays. Happened on more than one occasion. Waited more than 15 minutes with very few customers present

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT purchase items from game baywest, even if they're a little cheaper than other stores. They ignore customers when it comes to returns, they don't want to help when there's an issue, the staff are beyond lazy, including the managers. It is a total joke. I have never had to deal with a store this bad. Seriously do not buy from this store. Go somewhere else where you'll get helped and they treat the customers properly. Game baywest is honestly being run by clowns. I met one person there who you could see was working his bum off (Alan) a staff member in the returns section. Poor guy is doing the managers job and other employees jobs. He's out there answering phones, calling customers back and picking up slack where the managers aren't even doing it. Save your time and money, go somewhere else! Trust me....

This shop is so bad. Staff always on electronic devices. Lady at the front of the shop didn't sanitize our hands, nor did she close our bags that we had from other shops. She was on her tablet. The whole time I was there. I would honestly give 0 if I can. Cmon people, covid is real. People are dropping like Flys . Really disappointing.Came back today. Entrance wasn't pleasant due to unfriendly staff. So I decided to just be open minded about coming in. Asked someone named Unathy. She was super friendly and Laurician was also good.

Game Baywest in Port Elizabeth needs to close their doors, on Wednesday i saw at least 10 people put down their purchases and walking out before reaching the till points. Do not know if the cashiers were on a go slow strike or what was going on but took me almost 30 minutes to pay for my purchase and there was only 8 people ahead of me. Reaching the till point the cashier first argued with me cause the Polaroid headphones was advertised at R349 in the leaflet and at the till I was charged R449.Then she argued with me that it wasn't the same headphones and after walking to the section no one was there to help the cashier so I said i would rather leave them than waste another hour sorting out the problem. All the staff seem to be very negative and unhelpful. Then I went to their bottle store to buy a bottle of Klipdrift but there was no stock.Sorry Game you will never see me again.

Busy, well stocked. Staff very friendly, helpful. It's got a wide variety of different merchandise, reasonably priced.

Horrible, horrible, horrible12 tills and only 2 people working.Don't waste your time.
